Dan grew his last company to $75m with UGC, after getting tired of dealing with influencers and celebrities. The problem was never budget, it was finding enough people willing to film a 60-second video on their phone. So he built a simple step-by-step process that gets a regular person their first paid deal, even if they’ve never been good on camera.

Do I need followers?
No. Brands run the videos from their own accounts, so the size of your audience makes no difference to them.
Do I have to post on my socials?
No. You send the video to the brand and they use it. Your friends and family will probably never see it.
